— First star for Frenchie Restaurant in Paris and Chef Greg Marchand !

 

 

On Monday 21st of January, the Michelin Guide France announced 2019 winners. Our restaurant Frenchie Rue du Nil in Paris was awarded its first Michelin Star, 10 years after the opening. Chef Gregory, his partner Marie and all Frenchie teams, past and present, are proud and so happy !

FRENCHIE, THE BOOK

This book captures the essence of Frenchie cuisine in 75 recipes from London, New York and Paris, three cities that shaped the culinary identity of Grégory Marchand. This work, published in 2017 by Editions Ducasse, was awarded that year’s Prix Champagne Collet du livre de Chef, a book prize for chef-created volumes.

Choose one of these three culinary themes: street-food menu, carte blanche menu or family-style dishes to share.
