FRENCHIE, THE BOOK
This book captures the essence of Frenchie cuisine in 75 recipes from London, New York and Paris, three cities that shaped the culinary identity of Grégory Marchand. This work, published in 2017 by Editions Ducasse, was awarded that year’s Prix Champagne Collet du livre de Chef, a book prize for chef-created volumes.
