Chef Greg Marchand is invited by the entire One White Street restaurant team to celebrate their Summer Party 2024.

The program includes a meeting with the market gardeners, a tour of the farm, a harvest of fresh produce, pétanque, a live concert and the highlight, a 6-course, 4-hand dinner by Greg Marchand and Austin Johnson!

November 2023 — Le Fooding Awards

Frenchie took part in the Le Fooding 2024 guide awards ceremony, at Café Marly, located under the arcades of the Louvre ! The star of the evening : a corn & curry tartlet, puffed buckwheat, yellow pepper and coffee sabayon. An exclusive recipe imagined by the chef on the occasion and served to all the guests.

Press dinner in the heart of the beautiful Hôtel des Italiens, on the occasion of the launch of Lallier’s R.020 vintage. Chef Greg Marchand created a tailor-made dinner to match different champagnes from the brand. Monumental !

London calling ! Chef Greg Marchand created a four-handed dinner alongside chef Will Bowlby at the Kricket restaurant. The goal was to raise funds to donate to the AAWC association.

September 2023 — Opéra de Paris Gala's evening

We inaugurated the new season of the Opéra de Paris. A dinner orchestrated by 4 figures from the Parisian gastronomic scene : our Frenchie, Greg Marchand (of course), Takao Inazawa (Cuisine), Nadia Sammut (La Fenière) and Bertrand Grébaut & Fanny Peyre (Septime). Out of time !

The opportunity for him to return to (almost) 15 years of activity, with his share of success, surprises but also sometimes of failures and twists and turns. Exciting.

Our Dream Team also carried out a culinary demonstration of Haut-Vol in parallel.

June 2023 — FTG closing

After 10 years of toasted bread, homemade smoked meat, pickles, crispy onions, flowing cheese, food porn pastries… 10 years of fun & rock’n’roll… FTG has definitively closed its doors on June 21st, 2021 !

No tears (of sadness), nor heartbreak for FTG closing last night… but rather the happiest closing ever, on the day of the Music Fest, surrounded by our Frenchie Family ++, a jazzy orchestra, good skittles, the latest Reuben, pulled pork and hod dog and the biggest cookie ever to mark the 10th anniversary of the FTG.

Out of time ! Frenchie created a VIP cocktail for the famous Maison Cartier, in their historic boutique located in the rue de la Paix, in Paris. A buffet under the sign of opulence and in the chic spirit of the 50’s, showcasing refined cocktail pieces and beautiful cut-out pieces.

Chef Greg Marchand was the guest jury on the show Top Chef World All Stars with Bravo Top Chef ! He accompanied the candidates to the semi-finals in two events, one at the Champs de Mars and the other on the Ducasse sur Seine barge, alongside Alain Ducasse.

September 2022 — Collaboration with Waterford

Very happy to announce our collaboration with the Irish Waterford distillery with whom we have created a biodynamic whiskey micro-cuvée: “Rue du Nil” !

Chef Greg Marchand and our wine doctor, Aurélien Massé, went to Ireland to discover the distillery and taste, analyze and select barley samples to create a unique vintage of Frenchie-style whiskey.

Between freshness and maturity, our blend oscillates between fruity, herbaceous and vanilla notes. A nugget !

Monday January 21st, 2019, the Michelin Guide announced its prize list. Frenchie was awarded its first star, 10 years after its opening. Chef Greg, his partner Marie, as well as all the teams, past & present, in the kitchen and in the dining room, are proud, moved and very happy !

FRENCHIE, THE BOOK

This book captures the essence of Frenchie cuisine in 75 recipes from London, New York and Paris, three cities that shaped the culinary identity of Grégory Marchand. This work, published in 2017 by Editions Ducasse, was awarded that year’s Prix Champagne Collet du livre de Chef, a book prize for chef-created volumes.
